PC Support
We can provide PC cleanup services, including virus/trojan/malware removal, and can offer each client invaluable advice on keeping their PC secure from threats.
Although it is impossible to immunise your computer against all possible future threats, we will provide the technical knowledge and software, to ensure you are as secure as possible whilst using the Internet.
We have a standard call-out charge of £20, and in most cases will cover the entire clean-up. However, if the clean-up takes longer than one hour, we charge at £20 per hour thereafter. If you are outside of Huddersfield, there will be a minimal charge of £0.25 per mile.
We recommend that the PC is brought to us for disinfection, as this is not only cheaper for you but easier for us, as we would have full access to our security software library, and broadband access to the Internet without the risk of reconnecting your system to a network of any kind prior to disinfection.
Network Support
If you are having issues with your internal network, we can provide both help and advice on securing and running your network efficiently. We have experience with Windows Networks (with/without Active Directory) as well as Linux Networks.
Software Installs
We can provide software installations and configurations of a variety of software, including Microsoft Server software, such as ISA Server, IIS, Exchange Server, SQL Server, etc. as well as Open-Source software, such as Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL.
Hardware Installs
If you wish to add hardware to your current network, and you are having trouble, then we are available for such work. We have extensive knowledge in the installation and configuration of Routers, Network Bridges, Servers, Client PC's, and much more. We can also build PC's to your specification.
