Support Desk

We believe good support is the most important factor when choosing a web host. We aim to establish a good relationship with all our web hosting clients. We aren't the cheapest web host in the country, instead we prefer to offer reliability, speed and good customer service, focused upon the particular needs of business in the North of England.

We offer free email support 24 hours a day. We aim to get back to you within 3 hours, usually faster. We will email vital support information to you, as well as sending messages through our service status page. Of course you are always welcome to call us and talk in person. If we're busy tweaking things, leave a message and again, we aim to get back to you within 3 hours.

Of course, no web server can be 100% reliable unfortunately, but we have made every effort to ensure things run as smoothly as possible utilising multiple connections, backup servers and uninterruptible power supplies. If something does go wrong, we will endeavour to inform our customers as soon as possible, explain the reasons and to give an estimated time that the service will resume normally.

Likewise, we understand that sometimes websites will have problems, perhaps with scripting or email. Even if this is nothing to do with our systems, we are always happy to offer assistance and advice. Those customers with some knowledge of webhosting can have access to a domain control panel which allows them to edit their email accounts, FTP accounts, and view information about their domain.
